About Me

Sandi brings nearly four decades of dental experience to her work, including 32 years in clinical hygiene and 8 years helping grow a dental support organization from 12 to nearly 100 offices.

During her time in the DSO space, she mentored over 350 hygienists, fostering a strong, collaborative hygiene community. She developed protocols, led educational programs, and created systems that empowered teams to perform at their highest level.

Sandi is passionate about helping dental teams thrive and become the best version of themselves.

She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Layne, and is a proud mom of two and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren.
